When this happens try to give yourself a break. You call it day then read again tomorrow. Do not force yourself if you cannot take it anymore. Stop reading for a while and drink a glass of water. You can feel it when your brain is not accepting anything. The speed reading wpm you have today will be different the next day as long as you religiously follow the tips in speed reading and comprehension.
